I love how she uses evidence based practices such as cbt and mindfulness to help deal with every day situations. Would love to hear an episode on ruminating thoughts and how to deal with them as well as how to distinguish anxious unhelpful thoughts that we should not listen to vs. our intuition which we should listen to and not ignore
