Good Content for a Not Diverse Audience
The content is good, but it’s definitely from 1 cultural standpoint and really caters to white cisgendered women. I don’t think she’s ever had a black mother/woman or a mother in a same-sex relationship as a guest speaker, or if she has, maybe it’s been a long time. I started listening almost a year ago. I would appreciate more diverse speakers touching on things that moms of color, specifically black moms, could relate to as well.

More reviews of Momwell
Since having my second child 3 months ago I’ve been listening to more podcasts. So happy I found one from an actual professional who has not only studied and worked with women but is also a mom. She truly understands what changes when we become mothers. Excited to keep listening!
