made me feel welcome
in the early days of my postpartum journey, i turned to podcasts to try and find a sense of community in motherhood (especially in lockdown). I was struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety and felt so alone. when i found the happy address a mother podcast i found comfort in every week’s episode even though my son was still so little and some of the episodes didn’t apply to us, i feel more prepared to handle things as they come up as he grows. Thank you Erica, for making your podcast a safe and welcoming space for mother’s who need it, it’s my favourite part of the week every week.
