Thanks Amy! Love them..
These podcasts are great for all mums to help them to slow down and enjoy right now with your kids and your life, accept where you are right now, loose the mothering/partnering/self care guilt, embrace self care, and just help you to live life with more love, kindness and compassion everyday! Day by day I feel myself changing slowly. I'm accepting where I'am right now and learning not worry about what society expects I should be doing! I'm doing what is best for me and my children in this moment of time. I'm slowly saying yes more to my children instead of constant no's with lots of battles, I'm accepting my kids more just as they are, I'm saying no more to external things so we are be less rushed and more available to enjoy family time together or just some more me time, I'm being kinder to my kids and showing them more love in everyday rituals, and I'm truly embracing myself and letting go of everyday guilt that so many mums feel.. I'm learning and changing and I'm liking the new calmer and happier me! My reactions and my temperament also rub off of my husband and kids, and seeing them more happy is a bonus! It's rubbing off on them too! As a family we are generally just happier and calmer and less busy! Thanks 👍Read full review »
