“to start this: i am not a mother and i am NOWHERE near being one in the near future, i just started to listen to this because its gi (and friends!) and i absolutely love the content she releases whether its her youtube videos, her great insta stories or her books, she always manages to impart advice and knowledge through fun stories and little anecdotes; and that's exactly what i got from the very first episode of this podcast (the very first mind you!) and i absolutely LOVE IT and i wouldn't expect any less from her.
even though i am barely in uni at the time of writing this, this podcast (+ the book! which is available on amazon and the itunes store ;D) has managed to help me understand what motherhood really looks like, that its not roses and happiness all the time and that its hard but also that it's wonderfully amazing and rewarding at the same time. all of the good things in life come from places of hard work and perseverance, and i am so glad i discovered this amazing and quirky woman who's going through it all and making it out like a champ, telling the world that she isn't going down without managing to get her kids to sleep.
