“I loved this episode so much… I’ve followed kate for years and listened to her maybe baby podcast and always hoped she would have a baby… so was delighted when I found out! I love kates insta posts and she is just so real and honest! Baby noa is just beautiful and I love seeing posts and videos, you can just tell how much Kate idolises her, and Boj too! . I have 2 boys myself and also had post natal depression and could relate so much to a lot of what Kate said… you put so much pressure on breastfeeding too… I really struggled… and think that was what contributed to my depression! I swore I wouldn’t put pressure on myself with my next baby… but I did!!! Of course! Mum guilt is crazy!!!
