Not what I thought
I generally avoid anything having to do with the supernatural, so when I saw this podcast pop up, I dismissed it several times. I finally listened because I stumbled upon the Black Dahlia series, and I have always been fascinated with the case. With the exception of Steve Kodel‘s book, this was the greatest case study I ever read or heard. I liked the way they broke it down into three episodes, by phase or subject. They did the same thing with Lizzie Borden, and it was also very effective there. That got me hooked on the podcast, and I have listened to almost everything they have now. While it does touch on some things about ghosts, the podcast is actually about history. I am now a huge fan and can’t wait for them to come out with more. Everything is very well researched, and presented in an easily understandable and engaging way. If I had any complaints, it would be that the roster of shout outs to their fans has progressively gotten longer and longer. While I appreciate they’re acknowledging their supporters, I don’t really tune in to listen to that. Otherwise, keep doing what you’re doing, because you are doing it well.

Love the mother/daughter duo & the amount of research done on each subject. The Debra Lynn series was the absolute best. The other mini subjects are always well done. You can tell there is a lot of time put into getting the information correct! Keep it up!

Love this pod cast so much! So much fun and interesting to listen to. Ever time I walk my dog I listen!! Then I have to go home and tell my family about the subject you talked about.

I recently started listening to podcasts and this by far is my favorite! They present a variety of cases all I find very interesting. It sounds as though they genuinely care about the people and events they are talking about and have researched them extensively. I just listed to the Sodder family...Read full review »
