Description
The suspect in an hours-long standoff with police last week in Waianae made his initial appearance in court Monday on multiple attempted murder charges. Howard Abraham, 50, has been charged with three counts of first-degree attempted murder and one count of causing injury to a law enforcement animal after stabbing a police K-9 dog.
