“This podcast would be 100% better if it was more real/raw. They do a good job narrating and telling the stories but it’s so hard to listen to the scripted interviews. It makes it hard to believe it’s a real story. I wish they would give a statement saying “this next Interview is from ___, but we re-enacted it because of audio quality” or something like that to make it a little more believable. Right now the interviews make me trust the story less and less, ruining your credibility.”

“This is clearly a fictitious case and is portrayed as real. Pretty disappointed and all the audio is clearly scripted in the interviews. They even set up a fake website.”

“Thought this was real, until I heard the “audio” from the murder and it sounded fake.. the sheriff interview sounded fake as well. People make think this is real so MAYBE put a little note saying it’s acting?? Maybe??”
