BJ Fogg and Linda Fogg-Phillips are the brother sister duo behind the Tiny Habits Method and the best selling book Tiny Habits: the small changes that change everything. The Tiny Habits method was created by BJ, Stanford University-based Researcher who also holds a PHD, as a new way to effectively and easily create new habits by tapping the power of environment + baby steps.
Linda, a mother of 8 children, runs the Tiny Habits Academy, which has seen a whopping 42k people come through its habit change programs. Linda’s expertise includes behaviour change in the world of health and wellness, and is joining me to discuss how to change our habits when it comes to Weight Management
Alisa Fraser is an interior designer and one half of the Alisa & Lysandra duo you would know from when they won Australia's leading renovation show, The Block in 2013. Since then, they have rapidly grown hugely successful residential and commercial interior design business. They also started home and beauty brand al.ive Body, plus they both have two young kids. Alisa & Lysandra passionately believe that our surroundings have a huge impact on our health and our state of mind and want to share how we can cultivate calm (even amongst the chaos) through clever interiors.

Amelia Phillips is an exercise, nutrition, parenting and business expert with a career spanning 26 years in health. She's a registered exercise scientist, nutritionist and researcher (with a masters of human nutrition). She is the co-founder of health tech company 12WBT which grew from start-up. After a successful exit, she now consults to health companies, presents and appears in the media. Amelia had four kids in five years and is dedicated to empowering women to build a life after kids on the foundation of health (mental and physical), love and purpose.
