I’ve just listened to the final one and I’m a little bit sad there’s no more (for now). Every single episode was so relevant, interesting and informative in a very listenable way β€” I may have even bought a book or two by some of your guests 😁

Thank you Amelia for your interview with Julie Morgenstern. Using the PART and SELF model is so clever and when I think of parenting like this it makes me realise I CAN be a great Mum but still succeed in my personal life. So inspired.

I listened to the sleep deprivation and returning to work first and it felt like I was telling my own story. It made me feel a little less crazy to know that I’m not the only one living through these scenarios and experiencing these emotions. Thank you!! Please keep them coming xx

Listening to Amelia's podcast made me feel like I'm not going mad, reminded me so many Mums go through this, and gave me really practical tips to regain control of my parenting (and my life!). Thank you xRead full review »
