“I was hooked from the intro. The content was super informative, clear and extremely thorough. I’ve been running for 5 years and could only run short distances. The longest race I had ever done was a 10k but didn’t understand why the longer I ran the more aches and pains I was experiencing. I have always considered myself a healthy and active individual but my body didn’t cooperate. After listening to Duane’s podcast and following the simple and easy exercises I was able to eliminate my aches and pains and successfully train for a half marathon and in January 2020 I was able to complete my first half marathon pain free.
