So Relatable!
I’m new to running, only 2 years in. I have listened to many running podcasts and this one is by far the most helpful and encouraging for regular runners like myself! A lot of podcasts focus so much on elites and very competitive running, that they make my runs seem insignificant. This one has been so helpful, it’s not intimidating, and I really feel like the host remembers what it’s like to be a newbie. Thank you for supporting us “Adult onset runners” as the host would call us! I’ve been using your tips to tackle training for my second half marathon distance! I won’t miss an episode!

Duane does a great job relaying info on how to stay happy and healthy while running and if you do have any aches and pains the podcast does an excellent job of educating you on what is going on and getting you back on your feet and does it in a friendly and upbeat way. Thanks for all you do.
