“I was raised in very Charismatic Pentecostal churches and was surrounded by all things Bethel (I’m a pastor’s kid and my spouse is a now former pastor and I worked for a Pentecostal church denomination for 13 years). The stories presented in this podcast totally track with what I have seen myself. The host is very fair and presents different views. I’m very carefully sending this to some friends to hear as well. I say “very carefully” because devoted Bethel followers are vicious when they feel their beloved Bethel is being questioned in any way (firsthand experience talking), so I’m guarded. But I’ve had many private conversations with people who have been very negatively impacted by Bethel, even from afar, who I know will appreciate this podcast.”
