Today our guest is Shana Yao. We originally asked her to be on our podcast as she has been very vocal on her Instagram about the downsides of wearing a mask during the COVID outbreak but our interview turned into a conversation about overall health.  We pride our podcast on being a platform to learn from people we don't necessarily agree with and while we don't agree with everything Shana said, we do appreciate the points she made and the conversation we had.
