Empowering and inspiring!
As a woman in today's world I find myself very discouraged and confused by the things I see and encounter. I currently work in corporate America at a company where the number of women in management and especially at the executive level is shockingly low. And it seems the women who are in any position of influence or power (real or imagined) don't want to help other women reach their potential.
