Connecting the dots
Every time I listen to the crave cast, several things I knew about myself align and create an 'AHA'-moment, or spell out BINGO: why eating so slowly as a child that my family had left the dinner table by the time I was done was really smart; how lingering doubt and pooping like a big bunny my whole life are connected (hint: your intuition is in your gut); why I desire less sugar when I have good company around me, to name a few. Alex' approach to cravings is the most holistic, shameless yet gentle one I've encountered so far. Her authenticity makes it a pleasure to listen to her. Give it a go and find out for yourself - there's something for everyBODY in her collection.Read full review »
