Ms. Yogita Bhayana is the founder of People Against Rape in India (PARI), an organisation that seeks to support rape survivors and help them in the fight for justice. She has been working for various causes including social development, women empowerment, gender sensitization and sexual harassment on women and children.

Dr. Jayantika is the Co-founder and CTO of RESYNC which is responsible for the development and execution of Resync's technical vision and goals. She is a CSR & Communication professional and is the Co-founder of Joy of Giving chapter in Bangalore. She is a motivational speaker and has done tremendous work in the social sector for women, children. She also has a secure foothold as a marathon runner and is a brand Ambassador of a leading sports nutrition and fitness brand. Most significantly she is the founder of "Atrangee" her own biking tour company.
