“I love learning how my brain works and all its intricacies. I was looking forward to this podcast, but I have only been disappointed. Too much filler material where they are trying to be fun and light-hearted. It doesn’t work. I enjoy the Happier podcast as it gets the balance of delivering useful information in a chatty format that works for me.”
