“Volume up and down constantly, James sounds like he’s monotonously reading a script, & with my background it’s very and painfully clear he is not an investigator listening to some of his conversations and questions asked. He’s new, I’m sure it will get better. I hope he can take this constructive criticism. If he changes only one thing, change the way you’re talking, it’s boring to listen to. Interesting case and I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of the case.”
