There are a lot of great characters on CBB, but what made Gino stand out to me was not the character's premise, rather it was immediately obvious that whoever was doing this character is one of the quickest and most clever improv-ers I've ever heard. Those qualities certainly carry over to High and Mighty, though it's not just an hour of Gino every week - though I'd totally listen to that if he ever finds a radio station to be on - it has a lot more to offer.
