Intellectually rich and emotionally rich
This podcast series is wonderful in every way: great content, good production and fascinating subjects. Its most outstanding characteristic to me is that it blends honest and insightful inquisistiveness with richness of analysis and (most unusual in podcasts of this type) profound richness of emotion: considering the deep effects these ssues have on people and their lives and motivations. Ideas are tackled by considering not only logical disputation, but with the full range of the human artillery: heart, body and mind (although that's a controversial statement considering the mind-body problem!) I started listening after hearing about it on The Philosophers' Zone podcast and listened to episodes whose philosophical subjects interested me. But now I'm listening to the lot, because it has opened up my interest in other areas, as it's so good! This is my podcast find of the year.Read full review »
