Who is this even for?
Making history accessible to everyone is important: I get that. And not everyone can be "Stuff You Missed in History", but this is stupid. The hosts have these horribly scripted quips in these cheesy deliveries. And this painfully lame patter is interspersed with radio reenactments that completely kill the actually fascinating stories by turning them into cringe-worthy cartoons. I wanted this to be good, I really did, but I'm embarrassed for everyone involved in this joke of a podcast instead.Read full review »
