“What makes this podcast so special is how well it transports you into Ancient Athens. You are the citizen at Ecclesia. You are the wife waiting for your husband to return from war. Alas, you are the soldier at sea in the midst of battle. I don’t think I’ve been so eager to learn about the great wars in Ancient Greece or so proud to think myself as an Athenian. Rob is a terrific storyteller and the moments he chose to highlight in the vast history of Ancient Greece are certainly key moments. I’m ready for season 2. Great job, Rob!”
