The ITMA 2023 panel examined the textile and garment industry's progress towards circularity. Mr Edwin Keh, the CEO of HKRITA was one of the panelists in the discussion on sustainable materials, closed-loop production systems, and circular business models. Edwin evaluated whether the industry is on track to achieve a circular economy. Additionally, the panel identified further actions necessary to accelerate this transition.
