“Based on their recent coach rankings, it is very apparent that Nate and John just spout off their personnel opinions without much thought or methodology to back up these opinions. A ranking podcast would be more effective if they ranked each participant in a series of weighted categories that result in a ranked value.
This approach would result in rankings that could be defended with data instead of vague criteria that is applied inconsistently. If I want someone to spout off their opinions without much research or based on facts, I’ll listen to Charles Barkley. I have a higher expectation for Nate and John. Unfortunately, they don’t deliver.”
