Relevant to EVERYONE
I knew of this podcast for a while, but figured it wouldn't be for me as bingeing isn't really my thing and I 'don't have body issues'. Ha ha ha. Jess lured me in with her light comedy and likeable rapport and over time I started realising how these issues with food and eating are deeply ingrained in all of us. It is like a therapy session, reminding me the values I ought to uphold, and that this diet and fitness culture is not all there is. It helps me recognise the harmful behaviour of others around me and helps me empathise with their internal struggles. Aside from all the serious stuff, it's just a very entertaining listen, I love learning about new recipes and cuisines. I wish there was a bigger emphasis on different European/world cuisines as some of the British eating habits are quite appalling. Also, don't listen to this when hungry. Love this and can't wait for more, thanks Jess!Read full review »

I love this podcast so much! Jessica is funny and warm and it manages to navigate the weird guilt we all seem to have around food/eating, by being hilarious in the process. I am often caught laughing out loud on the train (and it never fails to get me excited about my next meal...) Thank you Jess!
