Don’t read from an outline
As others have said, it really is a great premise, but is so poorly read. To me it was like he was giving the “spark notes” version of the story, or like a friend telling someone about the basis of their favorite book. Meh. I tried.

It took me a few episodes of being published before I started listening. I was drawn in from the time I started listening. This morning when I saw my phone and noticed episode 7 was ready, it was what I listened to while making breakfast. Now for the next ones to come out.

Like other reviewers, I felt this was delivered very unpolished. Don’t get me wrong, I blasted thru season 1 last year and when season 2 hit I blasted thru it.
