Not much substance
The majority of this podcast is her just talking about her life, which isn’t that interesting. At points it feels like she’s just listing off her to-do list (clean my hood vent, buy supplements!) When she does finally get to the topic of the episode, it’s basically just rehashing topics she’s already covered: goals, morning routines, her aesthetic house, how great she feels when she gets her nails done and a spray tan, etc. She also has this grating habit of repeating herself constantly, usually when she’s trying to transition from subject to subject. However, my biggest gripe with this podcast is the insane consumerism it promotes. She’s constantly talking about new items she purchases (usually on Amazon) that are going to transform her life somehow or that she thinks she needs/deserves. She seems really nice but tbh this podcast is just an opportunity for the host to discuss the minute details of her incredibly privileged life.

I really admire Kaylee and her life, however I struggle to relate to her extremely privileged perspective. A lot of the advice she gives I cannot follow because I do not have the same financial situation for her.
