This podcast achieved a wonderful balance of compassion yet toughness in dealing with Jen’s parents, friends and law enforcement. This gut wrenching story was familiar but the interviews with her parents brought the pain and longing of these two good people into a very real focus. Blessings to them.

She provides such stunted context. Basically, relying on the sensationalism of the tragedy to carry her story. Also, annoyingly racist.

Too narrowly focused on maintenance workers as possible suspects. The point that they were undocumented and did not speak English should have been left out, as it was not relevant to whether or not they could be suspects. This kind of behavior by reporters is not acceptable as it promotes racism...Read full review »
