They examine what the difference was between the two sides on Saturday and why the Lions are expected to make wholesale changes ahead of the decider. The boys also pick their fantasy sevens side from both teams.

After Warren Gatland named his starting Lions XV for the second Test, Seanie and Goodie pick through the bones of his selection. The boys are joined by Schalk Brits to get the South African perspective and Mako Vunipola joins the pod to chat life on tour.

And 24 years on from that famous 1997 Lions Tour to South Africa, John Bentley joins the pod to share a few stories from back then and why being a Lion is so special.
