Really big fan of it and miss it a lot

Guys, You’ve killed a good pod here, you had a the combo of two club and international players bantering between each other. No surprise but Alex cant be himself and just sounds like the usual media person asking a pro questions. Seanie seemed a good craic too!

Cannot hear the commentary from anyone. Sounds like the volume has been turned right down when recorded.

Real lack of insight now, and needs some self deprecation/ awareness amongst the banter/ arrogance, much harder to warm to the new guys.

Average pod

I love this pod. The only thing missing is another visit from the CEO of Clapham, Mr Archie Curzon- let’s have some next level banter !

Much better with this new Vodafone lions series pods. Alex Goode can run the show from now on, doing a decent job. Interesting info

Really enjoying new panel, very funny while covering the weeks main talking points. Well done Lee and team

I stopped listening to this pod when the three musketeers left and set up their own. However I’d seen a couple of comments in the Facebook group about this pod being a good listen so thought I’d give it a go. Have to say I’m very glad I did - it’s funny, informative and an enjoyable listen each...Read full review »

Not a huge rugby fan,but listen to try and get away from the bias of sky sports when talking about football.....how I was wrong, just a England bashing pod....poor

Took a while to warm to this as it’s a very different format to the GBR chaps but that’s all too sweary and attempted headline grabbing now. The new team at House of Rugby are great. Keep it up

SOB and Foxy are great together. Better than the original cast
PeteyBoiiiiii via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/24/21
Actually didn’t realise this was still going after the old gang moved over to GBR, but this is still well worth a listen! Recent episode with the Honey Badger was world class.
GJCartwright via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/10/21
Good that it doesn’t go for any sensational takes
Tommy_1889 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/10/21
Was so much better with Alex, hask and tinds. Have moved over to The Good The bad and the Rugby to keep getting that 5 star podcast

Currently not worth listening to.

Massive improvement over the previous public school wankers.

With the loss of Haskell, Tindell and Payne this is no longer house of rugby. It’s just another rugby podcast. Good luck to the new hosts but I am now unsubscribed
ella_muffin via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 11/25/20
Honestly, it’s such a great podcast and provides such an insight into the lives of rugby players. But you can skip episode 92. Seriously, don’t even bother listening to episode 92, don’t waste your time

Listening to the Sam Burgess episode was such a great listen.. amazing honesty from someone who comes across as a proper team Player. I went on to watch the Slammin Sam documentary and he clearly is a genuine guy.. fair play fell. One thing football and rugby have in common and that’s plenty of ...Read full review »

Is there beef between Haskell and Mike Bubbins from The Socially Distant Sports Bar?
Dave Dominguez via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/27/20
Brilliant pod as usual chaps. If we can, please could we get rid of the screaming kids in the background? Have enough of that on Zoom calls during the week 😂 Fantastic content though. Please keep them coming
Thacker J via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/26/20
Brilliant podcast about rugby and such a great way to see the characters in the game. Especially Nigel Owens and Joe Marler.
dl9041 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/25/20
What a wonderfully vulnerable interview with Will Carling, huge respect for the journey he’s been through.
nrhatigan via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 06/15/20
Good pod, one down fall one of the guys on it just puts his nose straight on the mic and breathes throughout it’s the most annoying noise
tom birkitt via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/06/20
I’ve been listening to the HoR pod for a while and it’s pretty good but the recent interview with Nigel Owens was exceptional. It’s worth subscribing to the pod for that one alone.

Thought I’d give it a go having seen some clips, tried the one about Clapham falcons. If you are someone obsessed with which private school you went to and never really left and now work in the city then this is for you. If not give it a swerve. Also useful if you want to learn what’s wrong with...Read full review »

Pretty good content and guests but at times it feels like a private school ‘lads’ club.

Probably the best pod from House Of Rugby

What makes great podcasts are when you have a mix of personalities that gel together - this podcast does that. Great listen
bennymorcs via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 05/02/20
Interesting pod. Would like to see mental health and sports psychology services in the age grade game as well.
PJL70 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/21/20
Every week HOR is a great listen, but I found the recent short episode about Grassroots rugby fascinating. Definitely room to expand that into a a normal size show. Great work!
Hughsie86 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/20/20
Love the pod and seems to somehow be getting better and better each listen at the moment especially in what are difficult times for all! I like the swearing, makes it feel real. Keep up the good work
MattFarrar83 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/09/20
Unlike the other podcasts where it’s just toff talk this one is brilliant - Hask is superb gotta be fair
reggie from the meme via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/09/20
They just go on and on about how rugby used to better 10+ years ago and bore on about tv revenue and the commercial side of the game. Who cares?
cb2020() via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/03/20
Genuine convert to Hask, love his social media and all the whining that follows but the star was Benjamin Kayser, unbelievable passion, humour and common sense. Thank you for a great show and keeping us all sane in these weird times.
Matt D 1971 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/02/20
Best ever episode, guys. Riveting hearing Ben’s stories & perspective on French rugby etc. Great work, stay safe 👍😃
Rigger66 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/28/20
Alex you keep calling it a family show but why o why all the swearing? Most Rugby podcasts recognise that young people listen and temper the language. Of course the odd one will slip out but you lot are pathetic. Tyndall is so insightful but then behaves like an oaf and Haskell I assume is trying...Read full review »

Really enjoyable listen. Broad rugby discussion with great insight behind the scenes into high level rugby.
007shfj via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/02/20
Honest review of rugby’s headlines mixed with some great banter and fantastic guests and stories. If it’s pure rugby talk you after this might not be for you but if it’s a good laugh mixed with some honest opinions and real insight then listen away.
geemantr1 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/02/20
Would be nice if they talked about rugby and detail, rather than trying to be behind the times comedians.
D-Dorling via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/27/20
Used to be a very insightful now it tends to just be Haskell talking over everyone else sucking off uncle eddy.
