On Oct 15th 2022 I found your podcast…the night before I had drunk 2 bottles of wine, blacked out and woke up at 1 am and drank another bottle then went to work at 6:30am…I was miserable and hated who I had become…I just didn’t care…
I tried a physiologist and hypnosis but then I found you…I went right back to your first podcast and binged every ep I could for a week and your story and those on your show spoke to me…I didn’t know other people had the same thoughts and everyday struggles with alcohol like me…I was doing great until my 60th b/day in Feb and felt I should reward myself…safe to say you know what with…I am now back on track again for the last 10 days and listening again to your podcast.
