I found the initial episodes of the podcast quite engaging as they focused on meaningful discussions about training. However, as the podcast progressed, it seemed to shift towards being predominantly centered around Jack’s viewpoints. The discussions veered towards his personal opinions on various topics, including the thoughts on what Ironman and ITU should do and not do. He often presents his views as if he possesses exclusive insights into triathlon and the athlete community. This excessive focus on opinion leaves less room for a balanced presentation of factual information and sometimes gave the impression of prioritizing sensationalism over objective journalism, which he often mentions. Last , he tends to heavily use superlatives which can become tiresome after a while….
