If you’re looking for holistic, natural and informative ways to take care of yourself this is the perfect podcast for you. Every topic is broken down so there’s no questions left to ask after listening. I think my favorite part is how down to earth all the topics are - meaning you don’t have to be a Dr. to understand. It’s just purely educational. I also can appreciate how unashamed the host is ab her faith. Very refreshing. I genuinely cannot express how much this podcast has changed my outlook on so many aspects of my life, diet, and mindset. Give it a listen!
