Hire a podcast producer or stop.
I’m rating 5 stars mostly because this has the potential to be impactful and insightful. It’s hard to be funny while tackling the ugly things. However, I hope the creators can commit to the logistical delivery of the story. 5 months between episodes is a clear indication that you either need to find a podcast producer or should step back and revisit the cadence at which you want to engage this audience. The relationship you’re in with the audience is symbiotic, you need the audience as the audience needs you. If you disrespect their choice to invest time into you, they will in turn disrespect your story.

I am loving this podcast but I have one gripe. The constant background music is SO distracting and just too loud in comparison to the voices. Please please I’m begging, adjust it for future episodes!
