I really love Sophie’s take on holding a grudge and her voice is so calming and reassuring. It feels like having a conversation with a wise friend. Just love it - lots of thought-provoking topics and the guests are great too - showing differences of opinion which helps shape my own. Brilliant! ❤️

So interesting and sensible
I LOVE this podcast it’s always so interesting with some great ways of looking and dealing with difficult or upsetting situations.
