Wow
You are so incredibly inspiring! I sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in 2002 when I was just a junior in high school. I was 16 years old am now 37. Can you imagine what a toll this was on my life. I returned to school but was required to be in Social Education. How heartbroken I felt. What that has done is given me a better understanding of those close to me and the acquaintances I know and meet. Mindfulness has been the most effective tool in this journey. I am so grateful to have come across your work! My name is Holly in Arizona. Take care and keep up the great work!
