Claire is just awesome.
When I started listening to Claire I was skeptical her words could be transferable to my life and if it would work for me in my particular season of heartbreak. I was in a really really tight space in my life where I felt like I couldn’t even make sense of what was happening in my life or the with the men I was talking to. But, I kept on listening to her and found myself going back when I would feel disconcerted, off kilter, and totally unlike myself because of it. I found myself thinking in these times, “no one really gets it,” but I felt like Claire did and kept on going back. I feel like her words, her presence in my life has had a tremendous impact on how I view myself and how I interact with men, how I interact with my friends too. I am still learning and still in the “Loving Yourself” section of my process of healing but I can feel it getting so much better with her podcast in my toolbox.

Useful, cathartic, and energizing whether you’re heartbroken or not. I’m mercifully not right now, but still tune in every week for a little emo-health boost. Listen on the Stairmaster for maximum effect!!
