A bit Americanized
I really enjoy the articles and daily newsletter which I read regularly. However, for a podcast purportedly about “issues and challenges that will shape Canada's future at home and abroad”, many of the episodes are pretty US-centric in content. I understand the allure of Canadian media and thought leadership outlets to fray into the much more exciting world of American guests and stories, but frankly that’s not what I come to The Hub for. About half of the podcast episodes for the past few months have been either with American guests and/or about decidedly *not* Canadian subjects. Sure, they can have vague relevance to Canada … but if I want to listen to American thought leaders and academics I’ll listen to an American podcast (which I do).Read full review »

I’m far from being a conservative but David Frum presents issues relating to Canada Global relations in such a measured, fairly non partisan and thoughtful way that tuning in to The Hub Dialogues every two weeks is a special treat.
