Out of balance
Chef Acheson has a difficult time getting out of the way. If the purpose of the podcast is to introduce us to interesting people, it fails because the subject rarely gets a word in. The questions meander and rarely return to the subject in the same form in which the question began. Interrupting the momentum with his own opinions, Chef leaves the interviewee to simply agree with him in the hopes they can just move on. I have faith though, and will keep listening.
