More of Chef Acheson
This is a good thing. On tv, Chef Acheson comes across as a quirky, wry, laconic character and creative chef with southern flavors. Most of that comes through here as well, but with an added dose of intelligent conversation. Excellent listening. Oh..and the mention of Fishing with John makes you my brother.

Love the podcast and enjoyed the interview with Michael Stipe. Can’t wait for the upcoming cookbook for teaching kids to cook. Brilliant idea!

Politics, food, intelligent chit chat. Easy to listen to while at work.

I’m a big Hugh Acheson fan from Top Chef and his cookbooks, so I was happy to learn there was a podcast. It’s as good as I hoped. Really interesting guests, conversational and irreverent. I’ve learned stuff too. Two thumbs up!
