Be quiet!
I actually wanted to hear Kelsey Barnard Clark speak. I was majorly disappointed when Hugh constantly answered his own questions with his own “witty” answers. He comes across pompous and loves to hear himself talk. Guess what Hugh, I wasn’t interested in what you had to say I was interested in Kelsey. Learn how to conduct an interview!

As someone who works in food, I’m really enjoying this podcast, especially the conversations about the changing work culture in restaurants. One major complaint- why is it so quiet in comparison to every other podcast I listen to?? Even on max volume. Other people have commented this! Please fix!

Interesting content, just wish the sound levels and sound quality was better. Doesn’t help that Hugh also mumbles and rambles a lot and there are way too many long winded ads from sponsors

Being in the industry, it is so great listening to these interviews. I love how Hugh is so real and raw, he speaks how it actually is and there’s no BS. Awesome to hear insight from role models and food gods! I couldn’t be more thrilled
