Awesome show.
I have always thought chef Acheson was really cool and it’s one of my goals to save up and make the trip up to Athens to try his food. When I heard he had a podcast I had to listen. So far it’s great. It gives me hope that at the ripe old age of 26, maybe I still have time to become a cook/chef, and somehow discourages me at the same time. I’ve definitely added a lot of books to my “to be read” list, and have some research to do.

I’m a big Hugh Acheson fan from Top Chef and his cookbooks, so I was happy to learn there was a podcast. It’s as good as I hoped. Really interesting guests, conversational and irreverent. I’ve learned stuff too. Two thumbs up!

Being in the industry, it is so great listening to these interviews. I love how Hugh is so real and raw, he speaks how it actually is and there’s no BS. Awesome to hear insight from role models and food gods! I couldn’t be more thrilled
