“I have always thought chef Acheson was really cool and it’s one of my goals to save up and make the trip up to Athens to try his food. When I heard he had a podcast I had to listen. So far it’s great. It gives me hope that at the ripe old age of 26, maybe I still have time to become a cook/chef, and somehow discourages me at the same time. I’ve definitely added a lot of books to my “to be read” list, and have some research to do.”
