Are We Selling Our Illinois Farm? | I Bought A Farm
Listen now
Description
In this episode of "I Bought A farm", the guys share what's going on behind the scenes of their recently purchased Illinois farm. Since closing on the property back in September, both Jared and Jeremy have had mature whitetail success on this piece of ground during the season. With just a few trips to the Illinois piece this year, it did not disappoint. Between trail camera pictures or just being out on the property, it didn't take long to realize the world class bucks that were on or surrounding this farm. With that being said, we're always looking for the next best thing. There's more to consider than just how a property hunts. With the real estate market today, you want to make sure you're getting a good return on investment. How can I make money off a property? How can I invest more into it to not only create a better whitetail habitat, but increase the value of the property too? These are questions you want to ask yourself when looking for your next farm. While it's up in the air what's happening with the Illinois piece, we're always looking for the right deal for us. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
