“Hello! My son (age 8) and I listen to your episodes every night. He wanted me to tell you that you should do an episode for people who have to have surgery and are worried about it. He just had ear tubes placed and we listened to the worrying episode before his surgery, but I thought having one specific to worrying about surgery was a really good suggestion. Thank you for all you do! We sometimes spell C-A-L-M to each other when one of us is getting upset or anxious, it’s like a secret code other people don’t know, but we know it :) Hypnosis has helped him a great deal with emotional and mood regulation and I’m so thankful!”
