Sorry but this podcast has gotten redondant and low quality. The host use it to sell their multiple programs (and they don’t have any qualifications) and repeat the same stuff over and over. The co-host use “you know what I mean” every two words which is so annoying that it becomes impossible to...Read full review »

I am obsessed with this podcast! It has been my number one resource for recovery. I saw myself in all the recovery stories and it made me feel so much less alone. Recovery is hard but listening to these girls every day reminded me why I was doing it and gave me the confidence that it’s worked for...Read full review »

Dani and Ashley are amazing, super helpful, and care so much for their clients. I’m so very appreciative of the information they provide, as well as the straight talk regarding recovery. Thank you, both!

I adore Dani for the content she’s sharing online to help women and encourage us to lead a life free from food anxiety, keep on doing that! I am personally very much grateful for this wonderful podcast! But one downside is the quality of audio… could be better :(

Some great info and personal experiences shared but the fatphobic and stigmatising language is really disappointing.

As a student I can’t afford to get professional help, and this podcast has been the next best thing for me, offering so much information, tips and support for recovery which would be so tough without the reassurance and guidance this podcast provides. So grateful to have found it!

I started listening to this podcast when I didn’t have my period for 1.5 years and when I tried many things and nothing worked and I was almost desperate. Women and their stories inspired me to try eating more and gaining weight, I felt not alone anymore and after 3 months of listening to this...Read full review »

Like seriously!! I found Dani’s podcast after a year of no periods post birth control and being told I could begin prescriptions to get it back and attempt to get pregnant. I have been stuck in quasi recovery for so long and this podcast, danni herself has made such a huge difference in my approach to becoming truly healthy (and not the fitspo kind of healthy iykyk). Thank you so much for each and every episode and thank you for not making me feel alone with my ha.

All of Dani episodes are so much informative, and clarifying. In this field of health, HA, it can all be very confusing, and there still isn’t enough open / public conversation around it, as well as information available. This podcast is in fact very helpful. Thank you!
