I would rate this podcast higher if I didn’t have to hear about how this glass of wine is “only 100 calories” or about keto granola bars with “only 1 g of sugar and 2-3 net carbs”. I think the advertisers need to be more thoughtfully selected, and if you do decide to advertise these brands, come to an agreement about what the ads will say. This is reinforcing diet culture plain and simple.”
