“This is my first time listening but will definitely be tuning in again! Loved your style of inquiry and your own life insights and ponderings. I listened to an interview with Mr. Kastrup yesterday and wanted to delve deeper and fell upon yours. This was such a deep and intellectually challenging conversation (in a beautiful and good way!!)
In the pursuit of getting out of one’s own way, I have to offer a technique worth pursuing, that allows an experience much like what Bernardo spoke of in finding a way to align with Nature’s “wishes”… note the quotation marks… that does NOT require suffering. Transcendental meditation has given me access to this very experience and “knowing” that has unfolded a life that could not have been possible prior. I have access to letting go, not through intellectual construing, but through experiential knowing that frankly I don’t completely understand!! Please consider talking with Tony Nader of TM.org.
