At last a meditation practise that includes laughing out loud.
I love this show. I read ‘The Power of Now’ a few years back and it freaked me out. I was afraid being enlightened might mean I had to stop being the character in my life and become a permanent neutral, joy free watcher. I get it, I believe it but surely part of being here is to be what we came here to be / do / learn 😂😂 The book stressed me out a bit to be honest. But I still get it and it helps but only like when you see the guy behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz - kind of explains things, but also ruins it all a bit!! This is why I love this podcast so much - it gets it but still laughs out loud and has fun with it. Don’t stop - we need more of this. Not sure if it is ‘me’ or ‘me the watcher’ maybe we both love it 😂🤩🌈 Ange

Really enjoying this. I wish I wasn’t as I wanted to title this review “I can’t believe it’s not better” but that would be unfair... It is laugh out loud funny and very relatable as a middle aged, vegetarian leaning, forgetful, inquisitive man..

I’m a massive fan of Lee Mack so I thought this would be a great podcast, I was shocked at how unfunny it was, sorry Lee but I won’t be listening to any more
